Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

Business Information

​

Mission Ability LTD is a UK-registered company providing professional workplace well-being consultancy services.

​

 

Payment Methods

​

All payments are made via invoice and bank transfer. Invoices will be issued via email or other professional invoicing platforms, and payment should be made directly to the account provided.

​

 

Refunds and Cancellations

​​

Packages:

Before work starts: Clients may cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund of any deposit paid. After this period, deposits are non-refundable.

After work has commenced: Deposits are non-refundable, as work has begun. Completion payments are only due once the agreed work has been delivered.

Individual Risk Assessments:

Individual risk assessments are payable in full prior to the assessment being carried out. Once the assessment has taken place, fees are non-refundable. Where a client cancels with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled assessment, a refund may be offered at the discretion of Mission Ability LTD. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment are non-refundable.

Scope and Revisions

​

Packages include the services explicitly described. Any additional requests, extra meetings, or work beyond the agreed package will incur additional charges agreed upon in advance.

Confidentiality and Data Handling

​

Mission Ability LTD complies with GDPR. All client information will be handled confidentially and securely.

​

 

Liability

​

Mission Ability LTD provides professional recommendations to support workplace well-being. Implementation of recommendations is the responsibility of the client. Mission Ability LTD is not liable for outcomes resulting from how recommendations are applied.

​

 

Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
